Today we’re introducing you to Anna Riley, Product Manager at Enghouse Interactive. Anna is responsible for finding innovative solutions for our customers and flexes her communication muscles when it comes to digital strategies (and gin!). Read below to find out more about Anna’s Enghouse journey.

Tell us about your history with Enghouse Interactive?
I started with Enghouse in Dec 2016. After leaving uni in the late 90’s (showing my age), I’ve worked in Communications in all capacities, managing contact centers, through to implementing them, and of course building them.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Fostering innovation. Enghouse is without a doubt one of the most innovative businesses I have worked with. The team are dynamic thinkers who are driving digital transformation in communications to become a consumable and achievable strategy for all businesses.

What is the most gratifying part of your job?
The people. I get to work with committed and passionate people for a business that is all about enabling people through choice and control. I get to spend time with customers, agents, supervisors, and of course our partners to understand their pain points and bring that information back to the business so we can build clever solutions to make their daily activities easier. If we do our job right businesses using our products will continuously be able to exceed their customer’s expectations, through understanding their journey, and driving exceptional value.

What’s on the horizon in the world of product management?
Reimagining how customers want to deal with businesses in a generation of new and inspiring technologies that anything is possible. The extension of an omnichannel experience to include AI in clever and dynamic ways, the birth of the digital agent leaving valuable people to deal with the more technical tasks that drive next level customer experience.

How have you seen Enghouse evolve since you’ve been part of the team?
I’ve really seen Enghouse transform from an acquisitions company with many parts to an integrated business with a suite of communication technologies seamlessly answering any communication requirement for any size business. From pure cloud through to on premise, for small through to enterprise size businesses, Enghouse is always working towards achieving our vision of being the world’s leader in omni-channel contact center software and services.

Tell us 3 fun facts about you!
I’m based in NZ so spend a lot of time outdoors at beaches in summer, mountains in winter.
I am mum to twin three year old girls (Billie and Isla), or what I like to refer to as the three-nagers.
I am learning how to distill gin. This may be subconsciously connected to the previous fun fact and my preplanning on how I will survive the teenage years.
