If you are a new to Competella solutions we offer you a 3-day technical training. If you already have taken our certification training but need to get updated on our SaaS solutions we have a 1-day fast track training.

Certification training (2 or 3 days)

During this webinar we will guide you through the information you need to be able to offer Competella Cloud Services to your customers – including deployment, onboarding, and configuration. For those who are interested in how to install and deploy on-prem solutions, the afternoon of day 3 is an optional additional session covering this topic. The training course is also a part of Competella’s partner program for certification of silver and gold partners.

Day1: Competella Company and Product Presentation – Technical Overview and Prereqs – Process Overview – Azure User Importer App – Users in WebManagement – Azure Identity Server App – Azure Bot Creation

Day2: Queue Configuration (Managing agents, queues, voice prompts etc.) – Multimedia Attendant – Azure Presence App – Azure Calendar Sync App – Queue Monitor

Day3: Statistics – Support & Troubleshooting – Support Flows – Roadmap – Q&A – On Prem Solution/Setup (optional)

1-day fast track training
