Acquirement of Competella AB

Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX:ENGH) today announced they have acquired Competella AB. Enghouse is a Canadian publicly traded company (TSX:ENGH) that provides Enterprise software solutions focusing on contact centers, video communications, healthcare, telecommunications, public safety and the transit market.
Aligned with Enghouse’s Interactive Group, Competella’s products and services will remain completely available and Competella customers/partners will also be offered access to Enghouse Interactive’s suite of products (contact center, video conferencing and self-service products) deployed on-premise or in the cloud.
