Competella Communication Suite Achieves Microsoft Teams Certification
Competella Communication Suite achieves recognition for its approach to security and privacy following Microsoft Teams Certification
Sweden-based specialist in cloud-based communication solutions for contact centers, Competella, part of Enghouse Interactive, a leading provider of customer interaction management solutions, has been certified by Microsoft to integrate with Microsoft Teams for its Competella Communication Suite. This follows a rigorous review of its Communication Suite by both third-party experts and Microsoft itself. The certification applies to the “extend” model for the Connected contact center for Microsoft Teams program.
The process saw Competella’s Communication Suite reviewed against industry standards and controls for security, compliance, and data handling practices to ensure that personal information along with technical and operational reliability of the application is handled securely and, in a way, to protect user’s privacy.
The newly accredited Competella Communication Suite integrates Microsoft Teams into customers’ business critical systems, thereby improving the experience for both customer service agents and their calling customers.
Competella’s decision to pursue this certification for Teams was driven by its commitment to always provide customers with the best possible solution.
“The certification process is rigorous, and it was up to us to prove that we could meet their exacting requirements. We are very proud that we were able to do so, but the best part of being certified by Microsoft is that our customers gain extra reassurance that their business is using an application that has been recognised for its safe and secure approach,” added Kalle Gustafsson, R&D Manager, Competella.
The certification of Competella Communication Suite covers both new and existing users.
Founded in 2009, Competella offers a complete platform built on Microsoft Teams. The Competella Communication Suite includes solutions for Contact Centers and Attendants as well as complementary Office User add-ons. Over 700 companies in the public and private sectors primarily in Scandinavia and Switzerland have deployed the Competella products. For more information, log on to www.competella.com.
